Ordered Wrangler Purse and wallet
Ordered the Wrangler purse and billfold. Took over two weeks to receive the product. Packaging was torn, upon opening the package what I received WAS not what I had ordered. The purse was a cheap plastic to resemble leather. The wrangler logo was nowhere on the design. I immediately emailed the support link and was offered first $6 refund, then a $10 refund and I clearly stated I wanted to send all product back and took the pictures to show what I had received. I spent over $54 for the plastic stuff they send. I stated that it was fraudelent the way it was advertised, verses what was actually sent. The webpage states full refund and I followed all protocol to do so, was denied and offered a cheap refund. Will never buy from this company again. And yes I have all emails and pictures of product.
