Broken item and after a week of back and forth and photos they want to give me $3 back of the $31.72 I paid. Do not trust.

Be careful ordering from ganhappin because you will be lucky to ever see it arrive at your doorstep. Their tracking info is written in Chinese so that’s really not useful when you speak English. Anyway good luck!

I ordered a pistol cleaning mat and a rifle cleaning mat for a total of $59.83 USD on December 8, 2024. The tracking information showed that the items arrived in Australia on January 5, 2025, but there were no further updates. I contacted Ganhappin via their dispute resolution email three times—in January, February, and March 2025—regarding the missing items. Each time, I received the same response: that the order had been shipped and that shipping could take time. On March 20, 2025, I finally received a low-quality pistol cleaning mat. It was identical to one I had purchased from Temu on January 19, 2025, which had arrived promptly on January 29, 2025. The rifle cleaning mat was never delivered. Based on this experience, I do not trust this company and strongly advise others to avoid them.

The advert on Facebook clearly shows a one tigris gun maintenance matt, the price was more than any of the same matts being sold but o e tigris is better quality. I recieved tracking saying g my parcel was coming via the USA and had multiple updates then it was said to be in UK customs in Belfast I then got a message from royal mail saying g I had a parcel coming from China... my parcel supposedly in Belfast suddenly stopped updating a few days later and I contacted this lot to fi d out where my parcel was. They claimed it was possibly lost so would send me out a replacement directly from China. It turns out they had sent out the " replacement" days before I told them the parcel hadn't arrived. I asked them how they knew it was missing before I contacted them and pointed out that I believed they had lied about the parcel from the USA and said I believed the tracking wasn't for my parcel. They Insisted they are honest and sent some tracking info in the form of photos but had crossed out the address info and only showed tracking numbers. What arrived from China was a filthy damaged cheap copy of the One Tigris item they were advertising. I've contacted them requesting a refund and they offered me a $3 discount and insisted it was the correct item, I sent them a screenshot of their advert showing one tigris being shown in thier ad then they offered me a $5 discount ... Now because i wouldnt accept that they say they will only refund me if I send it back at my own expense. They have ignored pictures of the damage and you can see the mat is in disgusting condition and is nothing like the video they are using to advertise their product but they just keep sayingnits the right product, its not and its crap, its worse than a second hand item from a boot fair. These are liars and con artists... stear clear of this company at all costs. Photos and emails ready for.anyone who wants to verify this!

I ordered a bra using the size guide. When arrived the size was too small. Spoke with customer service who told me couldn’t refund as item matches what I ordered. The cup size was completely wrong. I ordered this on 16th December and it arrived 22nd January. Colour was not as ordered either. Offered 3 USD as a “goodwill guesture” …. Absolute joke!!!! I’m in the uk??

Please do not buy from this company! I ordered a bra and I’m a large lady. Bra sent is absolutely tiny and of poor quality. I have sent numerous emails wanting to return for refund and all I have been getting is they have sent right size. I have sent photographs showing there bra to my other bras of my size and it is so obvious to see the difference!! They are not even supplying address I can return item to. I feel as if I’ve just been taken for a fool!! I keep saying I will not buy from China again but you don’t know you are buying from China until you receive your payment confirmation? This should not be allowed!! What rights do we have!!! Please do not buy from them!!!! Stealing our hard earned money!!!

Fraud! My husband ordered a gun cleaning mat and was sent some off brand piece of crap straight from China. It doesn't lay flat and the magnets are falling out. He asked for the refund guaranteed on their website and they offered him 3 dollars, then 5 then 7. They claim shipping it back is too expensive. They really should fully refund and let him throw it away himself since it is useless. Do not order from this site, it will NOT be the item you order!

A total scam - the only reason I gave one star is that I did receive products. Definitely NOT wrangler! No labels, zippers don't work! But sadly since return shipping would be on me, I will chalk it up to a lesson learned. -- DO NOT BUY!!'
