I placed order #11754 on 4/8 & am waiting confirmation for shipment.
I placed order #11754 on April 8 and still have not received confirmation that you shipped it. Today is April 12. When will that be? Based on what I'm seeing on TrustPilot, customers are experiencing loooong delays in getting their orders. You seem to be using Fed Ex as a scapegoat and they are extremely reliable. Send me my order or I will contact my credit card company to file a dispute. I’m a marketer who knows how to spread the word on bad company behavior.
