Nu er der gået over 4 uger siden jeg bestilte to billeder. Pengene er blevet trukket men jeg modtager ingen billeder

ARNAQUE !! nous ont envoyé un tableau cassé puis se sont volatilisés, sites et réseaux sociaux ont disparu, aucun rembourement ni envoi d'un nouveau tableau malgré ce qu'ils nous ont promis. SCANDALEUX !!

I have sent 5 emails regarding exchanging my prints with zero reply…and now I notice that one of the print has a giant smudge in the middle of it…. Their email address now states not valid, and no website?!?!

Beautiful artwork but I returned them because they didn’t look right in my space and they seem to be out of business and I’m out almost $600!!!!!

Great delivery, packaging and after-sales support. But now all of a sudden there is no response from their customer service department and their website and all social media is gone....are they out of business? I was in the middle of a refund so I might have to initiate a chargeback. Sad...

I'm really not satisfied with the outcome of my product. The customer service doesn't react to any of my e-mails, which is really disappointing. The website also isn't available right now, which is strange to me.

Jeg har ikke modtaget mit billede endnu, bestilte det d.2 oktober og der står på deres hjemmeside at det tager 7-10 hverdage. Skrev til dem d.11 oktober og de skrev tilbage at det næsten var færdig og der kun ville gå 1-2 dage inden det blev sendt. Det er ikke sendt endnu, kan jeg se når jeg tracker ordre nr. og pengene er trukket fra min konto. Virkelig dårlig service
