Warning, this is plain fraud! I bought a game on the website described as a digital product, and in the email I received a Word file with instructions on how to log into someone else's Xbox account. There was no information on the website indicating that an account was being sold. I contacted the seller to cancel the order, which did not match the description. The seller refused, citing, among other things, articles that had nothing to do with the situation. In my opinion, the way they communicated with me indicates a well-established fraud scheme. Edit: After this comment, they added information on the website that this offer is an account, and contacted me to offer a refund - but only if I delete this warning. I have screenshots proving that this happened afterward. A scandalous approach to customers. Not recommended!

Scam. Ich habe ein Spiel gekauft. Global als Beschreibung und bekam ein Account das nicht mal funktioniert. Verkaufen Gamepass auch als Account. Vorsicht! Betrüger! Auch die Gamepass Preise sind teurer als die von Microsoft 😂 ganz ehrlich so eine Betrüger-Seite selten erlebt. Nicht kaufen! Spart euch den Ärger!

From the Google results I click on the item and bought 12 months Game Pass Ultimate. Thought I was going to get a code which would be valid for 12 months. However, I got the credentials of someone's account I should add on my Xbox. I don't want to add a stranger's account to my console or netwerk. As 'alternative' they offered me to pay an additional 150 euros for a digital code. Completely not reasonable and after my experience I will never ever transfer one more euro to this company. Asked for refund as they're misleading the consumers. However, they hide behind their terms. The laws and regulations tell otherwise though. edit: GamiTrend has asked me to update this review so it's reflecting the current situation : As a legal IT advisor, I reviewed the terms and conditions they declare applicable upon placing an order. GamiTrend received an email detailing their violations and non-conformities, requesting that they update their website with a accurate product description to protect other consumers and fully refund my purchase price. Should they fail to do so, I will escalate the matter to government consumer protection authorities and my credit card company. ​They have indicated a willingness to meet these demands. For now, I am awaiting GamiTrend's actual follow-through on these requirements.

It's not fake. Everything works properly. Just follow the instructions. The response of answering was fast!!!
