Unstable, no support, SHIT AS A SERVICE
I paid around €10 to rent a Palworld server from Gaming4Free so I could play with a friend. After a while, the server encountered a storage issue and displayed an error saying there was no space left on the disk and that I needed to contact an administrator. The server then remained unavailable for several hours. I tried restarting it many times, but the issue clearly seemed to come from their infrastructure. When the server finally came back online, our entire world and all our progress were gone. We had to start again from scratch. I checked the server files and available backups, but there was no backup that could restore our world. I contacted support by email and through Discord to ask for help or to find out whether they had any internal snapshot, but I received no response at all. Losing a save because of a technical issue is already extremely frustrating, but being completely ignored by support after paying makes the experience even worse. I paid for a stable server and at least a minimum level of assistance, and I received neither. I do not recommend this service.
