Won too much and never paid
1st thing is I like the App. I even bought the year membership. Everything was fine at first a hundred here three hundred a couple times. I was their number 1 spender which I saw in the rankings for several weeks if not 1 then top three. They paid and seemed legit. But then I had a lucky streak I won 6000 the limit to withdrawal was 1000 and even tho the promise faster withdrawals and vip customer support when you are a yearly member they stopped answering me on customer service and 5 days later still no payout and they never paid me touting chime limits and other excuses which had nothing to do with me. It took so long my winning had dwindled to nothing. And if they were not going to pay then why risk putting more. I cancelled my 1000 dollar withdrawal and made it 200. And it took days but they paid that then I raised my balance once more to 4000 and no more customer service it was as if I was talking to myself I made a reasonable request of 350 and days past again cancelled it and made another request they cancelled it and they kept cancelling my payout requests I made other requests and nothing I spent over 10000 and when i won I got crumbs. Like I said I like the App. Just don't win too much or you will never get paid.***I see them apologizing on this site to so many people they won't pay when I have to this day three outstanding request for withdrawal and no apology. They say it's my problem for repeatedly asking to get paid. So it is not the fault of the customer service chat that don't answer and I ask repeatedly and I am the problem of course the not paying or answering customers is not a problem it's the customer fault. Of course. Excellent service my bad for getting it wrong!!****
