Title: Confirmed $149 cashout, never paid — deadline broken Peter's Room At Fireside (Game Vault) took my $14.99 deposit, confirmed my $149 cashout, then stalled for 24+ hours with rotating excuses. They promised in writing to pay by 6:40 PM Oct 24, 2026. Deadline passed, no payment, and my game balance still showed $149.92. Reports filed with FTC, Iowa AG, FBI IC3, BBB, and Iowa gaming enforcement. Do not deposit with them.

If this is for the monkey primate as their mascot then yeah it's a disappointment of a platform they took off triple dragons and their platform lags and it doesn't even hit at all I done deposit 200 dollars and have not even win but a dollar over that amount firekirin juwa and origins is the place to go I'm disappointed in gamevault and I honestly do not care if they ban me from playing more money for the other platforms that actually hit. If it wasn't for triple dragons I would have not spend hundreds cUs it was actually. Working any game worked fine but I guess they have unprofessional coding staff.

Scam!! Changes your reel, when you do hit it doesn’t pay you right, if you log out with 100 dollars and log back in you might have 10dollars left… terrible terrible gaming platform and skills and slots is just as bad for having the trash because they do the same thing. Garbage

This game company its nothing but a scam and you hardly win something I' never recommend this gambling game sucks

This app and who is responsible should be closed, ticket and responsible people should be in jail for long time. Also all those fake gaming agents should be in. Jail.

Item was returned to the sorting office in China and the seller won't engage with me. Been 3 weeks and still no reply or movement on the tracking

Cheaters I won $199 after spending way more than that and took screenshot to show them and when I logged back into game it only show $19. Even though the screenshot proved my amount they made up some bull rap about a glitch then it was because I won it in a bonus . Why get bonuses is they aren’t redeemable - and it doesn’t mention that anywhere on their page - totally upsetting and the fact that they are willing to lose a good customer over $199

Download the platform and can't get enough of it.. highly recommend it..
