Pre-ordered product, canceled the day before. Don't buy from them. They are useless tossers and I hope the go out of business

Hi Gardenofthrons, we’re sorry you had a negative experience. While reviewing your name and email, we could not find your name on any of our orders. We did check the reference number and it was purchased with a different name. We noticed that our system has flagged your account for high risk - fraudulent. We've tried reaching out to the email on the order for verification couple times and have never received a response. Normally we cancel any orders that we can not verify within 7 business days. However, since this was a pre-order; we given an exception to extend those dates. Now that product is at release week, we have yet to hear back. For reference, emails were sent out to account holder on July 21, 2023 and August 7th, 2023. We hope you understand the reason of your cancellation after our attempts as we take fraudulent orders seriously as this is to protect the buyer and ourselves.
