Recommend for customer service alone
Been using GSH for a bit over a year for server hosting and they honestly haven't let me down yet. Made the switch from ping perfect. Everything is more streamlined and user friendly. The latest update from their migration to Nexlink has added an even easier method for me to add and remove mods to my server. Now I can just worry about overrides. The customer service is really where they shine though. Of all the issues I've had while hosting, there was always someone available to help and either resolve it right away or walk me through what I needed to do to resolve it. Personally that's what puts them a cut above the rest for me.
