For those who are like me and love retro video game stores but sometimes don't wish to pay full in the moment, I'm thankful that Gamers Inc has the oppertunity to do installment payment plans to make it easier. Recently, I had a bad situation with one of the installment options shop pay. This strange situation left me in a very bad spot financially and I was rightfully upset. But the staff at Gamers Inc helped me through every step of the way even though they are not in control over Shop pay nor had influence in shop pay's actions. The problem has since been resolved and I couldn't be more thankful of Gamers Inc's continued cooperation throughout the frustration. They prove time and time again that they are a top tier retro gaming store with vibes that bring out the nostalgia and staff that make you feel welcome. This is not the first time I shopped here and it certainly won't be the last. Shout out to Anthony specifically for helping me through the shop pay conundrum. 10/10 would recommend.
