I am not sure what's going on it says my order is complete but I've been waiting for 2 almost 3 hours now for my coins and still haven't got them after I was told is a chat of yours that ps4 or Xbox madden coins would be taken 30-45 minutes but still haven't gotten them but the customer is decent hopefully my order goes through though.

I want to buy some MUT coins, but I can't tell if this is a scam. Most cites are selling 1 MIL coins for 170 and this site is selling them for 50. I need proof this is real?

They usually have been good with getting my coins under an hour but this order I have placed it’s been over 3 hours and I still haven’t received anything.

Okay I bought my coins at 11pm last night so I wasn’t expecting to get them anytime soon after, wasn’t even expecting them this morning. But now it’s almost 2pm and I still haven’t received my coins and your customer service which supposedly answers “within 20 seconds” still hasn’t answered me. Edit: So had to find out myself that they needed confirmation of my order and card sent in another email. Now I’m still waiting for my coins. So partly my fault but I’ve still been waiting hours even after the confirmation and customer support still hasn’t answered my earlier questions. I was only trying this out because I have severe social anxiety and didn’t want to have to deal with people and still get my coins quickly. But honestly reddit is the better option. You can get 1 million coins for $75-80 from a majority of buyers while these guys are $107 which is the cheapest option for these websites but still barely worth it especially with the poor customer service and long waiting time Final review: Okay I didn’t know that’s how the support chat worked. And you did buy the card quickly after the repost so thank you, only thing I have to disagree with is that the card hadn’t expired yet but I’m going to go ahead and put that one on EA not you guys so thank you. In the end I’ll up it to three stars only because again there are cheaper options and it seems I’m not the only one who has problems with your somewhat vague instructions. From my knowledge there was nothing on your website that said I needed to confirm my card and purchase for being a first time buyer with a large purchase. I also hope I don’t have to do that every time I buy over $100 worth of coins

You get your coins for a much cheaper rate than other places. As long as you don't mind waiting or talking to some of the support people multiple times a day on issues, who also can be rude at times.
