Never got my coins. Didn't answer the customer support line. The live chat people did not respond either. All they did was take my money. Good thing I tried it out with a small purchase instead of getting what I actually wanted. Do not use this service unless you wanna get ripped off.

They asked me to leave the truth and I will. Once again I had to wait over 16 hours for my coins and still never received them after being told multiple times from live chat that they will be delivered soon. I got it refunded. They have great prices here that is true, but for the horrible service and delivery it is really not worth it. I will NOT be buying from them again until I get either some sort of apology or something. The live chat people are good people and try to help but really never have any clue what’s actually going on with coin delivery.

Hello, as we had explained before, all the orders had completed and you said you do not want to wait, we accept the refund. You are the regular customer, your order all completed and one had refunded, you know that we never scam anyone!!

They reported delivered which was not the case.

“Our Delivery Is Guaranteed To Be Completed Within 10 Minutes, No Lie, No Delay, Once Your Order Has A Mistake Like Order Delayed, We Assume Full Responsibility.“ This is what they advertise on their website. I never received my coins. They told me it could take up to 4 days to get it. I informed them that I would like a refund and they won’t give me my money back. Don’t purchase from this website. Just a bunch of scammers.
