Horrible website I never got my coins and they bought the wrong card now won’t send me coins to make up for THEIR mistake they put the fault on the consumer

Been waiting over 8 hours for my coins and still haven’t received them

Don’t buy here, says the waiting time for the coins is 15 mins, has to wait hour and hours and after a bit i was fed up and asked for feedback, horrible customer service it’s like a lazy guy behind a screen talking to you. I contacted them multiple times too before i even asked to get a refund and they kept saying it will take a longer and longer wait to receive the coins. Don’t waste you’re time worrying.

I've done multiple transactions and usually gets done between 12 to 24 hrs. However, my last one was horrible. Went over 24 hrs and when I asked them about it they told me they were checking and never got back with me. After over 8 hours I asked for my money back and they were rude and still haven't seen the refund. They asked for a 5 star review from me a month ago and I complied with their request now I will see if I can delete it. Guess this is thanks you get for giving them your business.

It’s been over 15 hours and I still haven’t received my coins... do not purchase from here, go somewhere else. Their customer service team is awful. You will end up just wasting a lot of you’re time just to get refunded.

Site page says 15 minute delivery guaranty, been over 45 minutes and still no delivery for my Madden 20 coins. Chatted with Lucy in live chat and all she keeps saying is "sorry for waiting, we will email your when finished." I won't be purchasing anymore from this site and be sure to let other Madden players know not to make purchases from them.

don’t waste you’re time. i waited over 5 days didn’t receive my coins... i messages them multiple times and a lot of the people just didn’t answer or had no idea about the game. you’re not gonna end up getting you’re coins! just find a another website. i did end up getting a refund but went through a lot for nothing and didn’t earn coins.

Horrible Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from here they say they’ll pay in 10 min I’ve been waiting for 8 hours now trying to get a refund and there customer service associate “Damon” joins the live chat and immediately just leaves this is a scam do not buy from here
