Paid for 100k mt for 2k21 and never received went to live chat and said my order has been completed but yet I never received anything

DON'T USE THEM! Took four days to deliver and when they did they short changed me from 100k to 85k MT mentioning that the prices have increased after payment was recieved. False advertising not delivering what they said they would, truly awful experience with terrible service.

I’ve been waiting Nearly two weeks for them to fill the rest of my order once that is complete I would give them a 5star the best customer service rep they have is Damon. I have been told 30 minutes so many times I originally purchased my order nearly two weeks ago they advertise 1 hour I almost want a refund I can’t believe how they have treated my situation. I wanted to do a lot of business with this company but they still won’t give me what I paid for they continue to tell me I’m too priority they even asked if I would take less since the coins aren’t worth what they were when I purchased them??? How is that my fault if I was selling a 2015 car and you gave me money for it and a year passes I’m not going to sell you a 2014 at because the price changed you paid for an item at that time do not use this company beware they will rip you off until I get my order I won’t write another review put my order at top priority stop lying! You are loosing money. The amount of business you lost just from me alone! You should be ashamed not one upper management person has reached out to help they offer a refund then change their mind and tell me they will have it in 30 minutes gamems is a joke right now do not buy

Purchased 110k mt and waited a day didint get it then contacted them via live chat they responded quickly I give them credit for that but after giving my email they say they can only give me 63k which is really around 50k because of the market Tax so I got a refund don’t buy from them glad I only spent a small amount these bad reviews are real ppl not bots

DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THESE PEOPLE. I saw the good reviews and though this would be a decent site to get MT off of. Boy was I wrong! Had me waiting and now it’s been over 16 hours and still haven’t received my MT. I’ve spoken to them multiple times in between then and they always ask for my order number and multiple pictures of the players and even my card. All of this I think was just a way to make me wait longer and buy themselves more time. I’m not waiting on a refund and they have simply stopped replying. Save yourself the trouble and don’t deal with these people.

Never ever buy anything off these people. Act nice and try to help you while they already stole your money. Lost $50 for my madden coin order and they said they couldn’t find my auctioned card and were trying to get personal information from me the whole time. Please do me a big favor and never use this website and stay safe,

Terrible experience! I never got my mut coins and when I asked them if I could get a refund they never said anything. I kept asking when I was going to get the coins but the best thing I got was a customer support person who said "Hi." The service was just so bad. Don't use this site

Used a few times and got coins after 12 hours or so. This most recent time I waited 3 days for 400k to be delivered. On the third day they told me price has increased now so they will not honor the amoumt I paid for originally. This after customer service telling me they will make me wait even longer for contacting them to find out what was up with the delay on delivering my coins. Horrible customer service will definitely be using their competitors instead. Rather pay more instead of deal with their B's
