If I could give them a 0 I absolutely would. Have used them a couple times in recent months and neve had an issue. Today however, I went to make a purchase and had everything set to go but when I clicked to pay, my cart had been emptied. I went to retry immediately after and they raised the price by $4 USD. I contacted them to see of they would honor the price and right away they treated me like I was the scammer. All I asked was for then to honor the price I had at the time of my original purchase. Their answer was to say their prices change all the time with the market. They acted like i should just be okay with them blocking my purchase and asking me to pay more instead. They never once offered any kind of resolution and just ignored me until I finally closed the chat. It took them over 1 hour and 39 minutes to not help me at all. Simon and the other 2 agent I spoke with were rude and kept me waiting for answers for over 20 minutes at a time. But would just repeat themselves. Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.

I contacted the live chat like 5 times over the course of 8 hours and it went from a couple hour wait, to 1-2 days. Obviously a scam as they tried telling me they haven’t received the money when I have plenty of proof of payment. Sad.

Terrible service. I ordered 45 dollars worth of mut coins and its been almost 3 hours and i still have no sign or them. I realized i made a mistake in the bid price so i contacted them. They said no problem we'll have them to you shortly. Now thats was about an hour and a half ago still no sign. So I contacted them yet again a little frustrated but the lady said she would rush the person which honestly I dont believe at all. Stay away from this site its terrible.

At this point, all I can say is this website is a scam. I am saying this from an objective point of view. This is what it is in plain truth. They take your money and give you nothing but excuses. Here's my full story. So I spent around 20USD to buy some NBA MOBILE LIVE coins. I ordered it around October 15. I was told, before ordering, that there was full stock and the order can be done fairly quickly. They told me the maximum hours it would take would be 24hrs and a minimum of 5. After waiting around 24hrs I contacted them asking about my order, and they told me that I was still in the queue. At this point, I felt uncomfortable and I started to ask for their customer support more and more. They then told me that my order was being processed as I was speaking with them. I was glad to hear this because they told me to log out and do all the procedures. They told me that It would be done soon and quickly. However, after waiting for another 24 hrs they told me that there was once again in the queue. This, first of all, does not make sense because how can I be in the queue then out of the queue? My order was being processed but now suddenly put back in the queue? At this point, I knew something was wrong (obviously). So I started to question the customer service and stating that I have waited for too long and request a rush on my order. Eventually, after pressuring them enough they said that they will just give me a refund. I was annoyed but relieved because I thought I was going to get my money refunded. However, the customer service then told me that the money I sent through Paypal wasn't in their possession. This is a lie because why would they have been processing my order without the money? (Logic fallacies) I have full proof and images of the chats and proof of my payments. I went to extra lengths to communicate with Paypal, which they assured me that GAMEMS has my money. No, the GAMEMS chat is ignoring me and refusing to communicate. Well, all I want to do is make sure no one goes through the frustration and loss of money I experienced. Look, to me, the 20USD was not that much of a deal but the stress they caused me was. This is the first experience for me to getting scammed online. Please avoid this website, thank you. I have full proof and evidence of this experience, and regardless of what GAMEMS says they scammed me.

EVERYTIME I’ve bought from here they take at least 6-12 hours to send it... it’s been almost 14 hour now and I can’t even speak to anybody anymore cause the chat option is gone!!! I ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND THEY IGNORED ME . STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
