Going on day#2. The company sucks and they won’t even give you a refund. I won’t ever use this place again.

I have used this site numerous times in the past and have a small success rate when it comes to receiving my coins in a timely manner. I have waited over 2 weeks for one purchase and a couple times I waited for 3 days. I am currently on day 2 of waiting for the coins I purchased. They are not a very good option. UPDATE: I asked for a refund and was ignored other than a short answer of "k" from the rep. Then hours later was told I would hear from a supervisor. . . . That was almost 2 weeks ago

It was taking almost 4 hours no coins so I reached out received attitude had to re post my player 4 different times then the next day my madden account was closed this company will get ur account flagged and closed don’t ever use them!!!!!!!!! Never!!!!!!!!!

Terrible I spent 30 for madden 21 coins after waiting for ever I still have not received the coins and they blocks my email and stopped responding to me. There customer service is one person acting like others and says the same thing and is no help at all. They also offered me 80% of the coins I purchased or a refund I asked for a refund and they stopped replying

Horrible company after waiting 2 weeks they finally reach out for me to re post the players i already did but since i stoppef playing i waited 2 weeks until i resumed playing. When I returned then they said they can offer me 80% of what I paid for or a refund.

I’ve been waiting over twelve hours for mut coins. They’re definitely not worried about time once they get their money. I talked to live chat three times and was told the first time it could take 10 hours then the second time three more hours and finally a couple more hours.

Terrible. Never again
