Would not communicate and answer simple questions. Did not want to deliver the product in the manner I asked for. Would not tell give me an eta on delivery, I sat there for a full hour asking for an estimate before i got a reply, "we are working on it". This carried on to the next day, and didn't even make it that far. Hours later (after work) I queried again, it was made clear in very few words that it had been forgotten about. It was delivered within 10 minutes of this... While i got my product, I was not happy with the customer service, especially regarding a purchase that I wasn't 100% comfortable making in the first place.

This is my second time ordering from this website in the past two weeks an I must say they do as described,Received order in what must have been under 30 minuets,quite impressed. Will be using again in the near future.
