6 days after order and no ship info or contact? I ordered a 65"OLED on 09/20/2022 and as of early 02/26/2022 I have not received shipping confirmation or any response from GL. My 4 emails to Victor and multiple calls to Manny have gone unanswered. The posted GL reviews convinced me to try them for their discounted pricing but it appears the reviews may be misleading. A week without TV, especially in football season, is downright torturous. SHIP MY TV GL! On the 09/27/2022, I was contacted by Manny who told me they were on vacation and that the TV I ordered was damaged and they didn't have another. Manny's replacement proposals were off the chart in price. I cancelled the order of the 29th and went to Best Buy. ALERT - I would stay clear of this company. The credit card number I gave them for the TV was fraudulently used to purchase other expensive electronic items that night. Coincidence?

I ordered the Samsung 130" The Premiere LSP9T 4K Smart Triple Laser Projector from them on June 4th, and it was delivered to me on June 12th. I really had no issues honestly, the deal they had was $1500 cheaper than Best Buy or other sites. The only annoyance I feel I need to mention is that they will call you a few days before they ship it and tell you it will take a month to be delivered if you stay with the standard shipping. But, if you go with Fedex it will only take 5 days. The thing is it costs $150 for Fedex shipping and insurance which I wasn't too happy about, but I went with it anyway since it was already a good deal. It came in brand new as promised and I've had no issues with it so far. I really was surprised this unknown company was legit.

Ordered a Samsung projector from Game Liquidations. The price on the website was by far the best price I saw on the internet. Now I usually am leery when a price is to good to be true as one should be, but this is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and my first purchase was an LG OLED 65"C9 which at the time I ordered the TV was the best price I could find as well. I received my projector within 2 business days, which is what I was promised. I actually place 2 ordered’s, by mistake, at the beginning of my purchase and was immediately contacted by Manny (a manager at GL) he alerted me of the mistake I made and corrected it for me. The projector was delivered from FED EX in an unopened Samsung box (this was not a opened box). This is a smaller outfit and they do not have the marketing budget of a Best Buy. Best Buy is a name you know, but a name I have come to hate for too many reasons to mention. As to the comment I read below about the “3 week wait”, now I received the projector I ordered in this review in 2 days. I don’t believe that GL can keep every item on their website in stock and sometimes they have to contact the the vender and order a new item and that could take a couple of weeks. GL has the best prices, if you want to pay more go to BB and get lousy service. Sometimes you may have to wait a little, but I can assure you your item will arrive or you will get your money back if for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock. I do not work for GL nor do I work for any affiliates of GL. Very satisfied with the service and very happy with the exceptional price. Have already recommended Game Liquidations to a friend! Shop with confidence.

If you to take a chance as i did ...i wasn't disappointed. Answered the phone 4 out of 5x and that 1x i got a call back in 5min. Free shipping..would take up to 3 weeks. Offered $99 to have it shipped from LG themselves w a 5 year limited warranty within 3 business days. Accepted that option as the price was still cheaper than local stores. Arrived in 2 business days. Packaged perfectly. Item as described. Good savings. It didn't seem to be a scam with shipping option as free shipping is offered. Will do business again. Give them a shot.

Purchased an LG oled65cxpua. When I ordered it I selected standard shipping. I get a call telling me it’s on back order and was offered a different model. I said no. I want what I ordered LG oled65cxpua I was told there would be a delay. Their web site today shows Estimated Delivery Friday, 17 June and that they have 14 left. BIG LIE. Then the guy offers me WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING. He tells me they will bring it in to the room of my choice and set it up. I said okay. The day of delivery comes guess what wrong TV is being delivered. I told them I refuse it as that is not the model I ordered. I email Game Liquidations. No apology. I am told they made a mistake and that I have to wait for the correct one. I wait. Day of delivery comes. Two guys bring tv in open the beat up box. It is the correct model. All of the styrofoam have model numbers for differentbTV’s. No film on the front of the TV. The stand should come with 7 screws all of the same length. I get 4 long screws 2 short screws. The TV remote is all scuffed. This is no way in hell a new TV I paid $1600 for. I immediately emailed them. They tell me the TV was shipped from the manufacturer and that they said it was new. The TV box has an Amazon label that says I must register the TV under Amazon.com. What? I thought the manufactures was LG. I was asked if I wanted a discount. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a discount and keep a used or refurbished TV. Lucky for me I paid with PayPal and got a full refund from PayPal. BUYERS BE WARE. THIS GAMES LIQUIDATIONS IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I saved a ton of money on my new Sony OLED 65" TV. I comparison shopped for some time and GL was by far the best deal. I would estimate I saved $3,000 over retailers like Best Buy. It did take a while to get the product due to supply chain issues and in the end, I spent a little extra for premium shipment but I still banked the significant savings mentioned above. Victor did a great job in handling my transaction and keeping me informed.

This is one of best e-retailer with great price and service. Only thing is you may get product early if you can pay for shipping which is nominal and not that huge Amount. I worked with Victor and he was very polite and helped me through every option.

UPDATE 3/15 I purchased a C series 65" OLED from this company and their price could not be beat online. Received a call from Gameliquidations shipping MGR the day after I placed the order and the day after I posted this review. They are carefully tracking online reviews which is a good sign in my book. Their Mgr informed me that the purpose of the call I received from them after purchasing was not to upsell shipping but to "offer a better price on better shipping options because they want their customers to have the best experience possible." He claimed that they would not have made money on shipping for my order. He also claimed that the reason he called was because most people do not pay attention to the other shipping options when they check out. I am annoyed that I was assumed to be "one of those people who don't pay attention during checkout". Though I will cede his point. As policy, customers should not be pushed or asked to make adjustments to their order once completed unless they make a specific request. This leads me to wonder how much confidence they have in the company they hire for their free shipping option. I responded that when I sold online in the past, shipping upcharges were one of my company's big moneymakers so I assumed they were doing the same. I could be wrong. Note: If I receive my order in excellent condition, even a minor annoyance such as this will be more than compensated for. ORIGINAL STATEMENT from me BELOW 3/14: I placed my purchase yesterday. I have not yet received my order, but it did ship today. Be AWARE before buying that they will call you before it ships to try to upsell the shipping method if you chose Free shipping.
