Item came quickly and in good condition

Quick and fast. Got my item in 2 days

Product exactly as described and arrived earlier than expected.

Ordered 2-3 day shipping came in 2-3 days. Honestly thought of cancelling the order because I wasn't impressed with the customer service. Also there's no way to call them and talk to them about the product. Customer Service needs to improve if they want to be relied on for their products,

fast service top quality products

Here's the deal. My husband loves the controller but I didn't like being charged 4 times for one order. I tried to pay thru PayPal and it got rejected or something. PayPal didn't register any charges thru them but money was missing from my account anyway. I sent an email to get the money back but was told gameinstock only charged me once. Yet money was taken and sent to them. Had to cancel debit card and open new account. One controller is not worth that kind of hassle. Should have ordered thru Amazon or something.

The item doesn't work at all can't make it do what it says it can do , delivery was slow and didn't make sense to the time frame

my first time ordering from gameinstock didn't have any problem.. love it I will be ordering soon again from gameinstock..
