First time customer - registered new account and added games to cart. Checkout gave me an error with Paypal. Tried a few times, and logged in/out a couple of times as well in case it was a registration issue. No dice. My opinion regarding this "new" (for me) site was pretty low right then, but I tried giving support a chance.
