I bought Alien Isolation from here because it was slightly cheaper than on Steam. The code was available immediately and there were no issues. I am currently installing the game on Steam.

I purchased a key from Gamebillet for Borderlands 3, and made a mistake on my end regarding eligibility regions. Their customer support got back to me ASAP and fixed the issue for me instantly. I understand many people don’t trust key sites that aren’t Steam/Epic etc, but these guys are pretty active on reddit / social media and buy their keys straight from the publisher, no grey market BS. Pair that with my good customer service experience and I can highly recommend them!

This review is more for Denis from the Support Team rather than GameBillet itself. I mistakenly ordered a key for Epic Games rather than Steam like I wanted, and Denis was very quick to help me resolve my issues. Initially, I thought I would just need to issue a refund and reorder the Steam key, so I went ahead and emailed support while simultaneously ordering the Steam version. In the midst of my mistake, Denis informed me that I could simply request a swap from Epic Games to Steam while cancelling my second order, and was quick to help me resolve the mess I had made all within 10 minutes. Definitely impressed by the speed of the customer service here!

I don't usually go through the trouble of reviewing websites... but when I came across the deals Gamebillet had, naturally I was skeptical. But after a little research I decided to whip out my credit card and take a shot...I wasn't disappointed. Got DS3 deluxe and Shinobu Striker deluxe for 30 bucks and change... theybwould have been close to 130 bucks had I purchased through steam. Payment went through in seconds and I had my steam keys right away. Both activated with no problem and are downloading as I type this. From here on, ill always be checking Gamebillet before I buy anywhere else!

I bought a key three years ago. Since then I've received 0 spam and when I logged back in today for the first time since then I still had a small credit saved to my account. Those things together makes me feel like they are trustworthy.

Bummed I didn’t find this site sooner. I bought a game and realized it wasn’t for the platform I wanted and asked for a refund. I received a response within minutes, letting me know that a refund was issued. I worked with Denis, who was quick, concise, and respectful throughout the process. The website itself is very user friendly. The best thing about the site is a pop up that appears when you attempt to view the redemption code for your game. It informs you that when you click it, you can’t get a refund, etc. so you can double check anything you may have missed. Definitely buying from this site more often.
