I purchased several of the same ticket and no win. Georgia lottery needs to be investigated. They claim odds of 1 to 5 on some tickets. However, if you purchase 10 and no win that's a problem. Another issue I have if Georgia gives money to schools then why the deficits? Also, the low pay outs on many of their tickets. Last, selling tickets after all the prizes are won.

Why is it so hard to cash in a scratch ticket winner. Took me 6 days and 8 different places to finally get cashed

Customers should not be left with confusing game instructions, an unsuccessful barcode scan, and support representatives who refuse to listen. This situation deserves serious review—from both a consumer-protection and legal perspective. Scratch-off rules, bonus games, and barcode validation should be transparent, and Georgia Lottery customer support should provide clear answers rather than diverting legitimate questions.

The games are a rip off because you never get some of the symbols that are high winners! I played for months and now I am stopping because it is impossible to win! So I am through with the Ga lottery games!

They done started putting the winnings from machines at stores on a card that you can’t access the cash at a atm at this point there trying to control your winnings and force people to spend your money the way they want to it’s going to fail them badly when they realize there losing money and their card system is going to be compromised and have to replace people money on their card (PSA) it already happened to me and they had to expedite me a new card cause when I went to use the card they said it was compromised already and I had just left the store with my winnings on but it when I was trying to purchase something from the store it kept declining and that was weird because I just opened it to make a purchase but somehow the card had been compromised and another (PSA)y’all are fixing pay out double the winnings now Georgia Lottery is a scam now
