Opal necklace came in and looks great, but came with the wrong size chain. Emailed them and have not heard back so far (currently Monday afternoon)

They had exactly what I was looking for, quick delivery, jewelry seems very good quality, my wife loved it.

The first was probably not your fault, but the delivery date was wrong. It was supposed to be here last week. It got here yesterday. The next issue was that it does not look like the picture on the website. I picked that ring because I wanted something that looked like the color of the ocean. The picture online looks like a brilliant light green. The ring I received looks like a very clear stone with a tingle of green if you look really hard.

Great process. I love the earrings

Customer service was fantastic, helped with a shipping issue and was consistently in contact - very appreciated! Item is also well-made, made for a great gift!

I had a very quick response. Packaging and quality of my earrings was great. I wear them every day.

I can't reach anyone for a return form

Easy and accurate!
