⭐☆☆☆☆ I regret choosing Galaxy Shipping to transport my vehicle. From the beginning, communication was poor and customer service was consistently rude and unhelpful. It often felt like my concerns were ignored instead of addressed professionally. The shipping costs were much higher than I expected, and I didn't feel the service matched the price. I was also disappointed because I felt that important details about the process and costs were not communicated clearly, which left me feeling misled. A company handling international vehicle shipments should value honesty, transparency, and respect for its customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Galaxy Shipping. I would not use their services again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
