Purchase to delivery time long on an excellent product
Item was delivered exactly as I desired. Only negative is the delivery time. Even though it is a personalised item, from order to receipt, time was lengthy.

The product was great
The product was great. Just like I ordered it. Took a little longer than expected but it was a personalized gift for someone with their name on it and they are probably back logged because of all the requests. But I was updated on the order and where it was shipped along the way and when it was delivered. Good job. I will probably order from this company again. I would like to see a bigger selection of cool products though. Thank you.
