I ordered two veteran doormats with no personalization (name at bottom of mat). I received both in time for Christmas and presented them to family veterans. When opened, they were both personalized with the name “Robert”. Recipients loved the mats. My 91 year old father placed tape over the name and proudly put it at his doorway. I contacted Galaxate and they promptly responded. They required a photo as proof so I sent one. Then they needed a picture of both mats together. As these mats were about 100 miles apart, it would be an inconvenience. The representative replied that it was policy so I had to arrange to have both mats together for a photo. I just received the replacement mats. I would give five stars for quality and appearance, 5 stars for customer service response time and 1 star for policy that required unreasonable action by me for the company’s error. Wondering what the customer “Robert” went through.
