For one the items say Army Department…
Items are not authentic. They say ARMY DEPARTMENT, and the birds wings are pointing wrong direction.I should have looked closer to detail's. Also they say they are for American Veterans. There company gets all products from CHINA. You are not a America based company. Bull S*** you LIE about supporting Veterans. I will never order from your company again.

I would not even give this company one…
I would not even give this company one star! They claim to be patriotic but are not! Check every part with a fine tooth comb before placing your order! The emblems are incorrect and they make it difficult to see the image!

We believe there may be a mix-up, as we do not sell recliners. It seems this review might be intended for another vendor. If there’s anything we can assist you with regarding our products, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

A month later and still no delivery
Placed an order on 11/14 WTH an indication the order would be delivered within “5-8 business days” and as of 12/9, the item was received by a “shipping partner” on 12/5 but USPS has not yet received the item, according to the tracking. In this day and age, I do not understand how it can take an entire month and still no delivery. Will never use this company again and would caution others to think twice.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We understand how disappointing it is when orders don't arrive as expected. While we do our best to ship on time, unforeseen delays with shipping carriers can sometimes occur, especially during peak seasons. That said, we take full responsibility for your experience.

The merchandise was junk
The merchandise was junk! Its thin, single stitched and does not fit the vehicle it was ordered for!
Response from GalaxateNov 11, 2024
Hello Sarah! We are sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations. Please note, that the size of the seat cover is universal, but still, since all the vehicles are different, we made sure to show the size range on the product page, so you can see it before ordering it. Please check it out.

It was a hat for my father
It was a hat for my father, US Army retired. The Army logo was on the top of the hat, but on the brim of the hat it said U. S. Air Force Retired. So the brim was wrong and they requested a photo as if I was lying. I have yet to receive the replacement hat. It was for my Dad's 86th Birthday and his birthday has came and went.

Hello Virginia! We are sorry to hear that there was a printing mistake on the cap you have ordered. Please be informed that we had to request the photo, as it is part of the complaint procedure. The tracking information shows that your new cap was delivered by USPS on November 8th. We hope everything is good, and you are satisfied with the order. Please email us in case you need any help.
