My Veteran loved it.
It’s a very nice sign and one my boyfriend loved. It had a little bend in it but it’s not the makers fault. I am sure the postal service was a little rough with it. It was packaged well.

Great product but with a hitch.
The garden flag honoring veterans was very attractive and heartfelt. The time it took to receive the product was not alluded to in the advertisement – only after ordering. The company is to be commended for the frequent updates provided about the delivery.

Good quality
Good quality. Nice makeup of the hat. Only problem, hat was crushed because it is shipped in an plastic envelope. I had to put the hat on a hat frame to get it in shape. Needs to be shipped in a box to ensure its shape.
Response from GalaxateOct 14, 2024
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you appreciated the quality and design of the hat. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the packaging. Shipping in a plastic envelope can sometimes result in issues like the one you experienced, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We’ll pass your suggestion about using a box for shipping along to our team to help improve the delivery experience.
