I paid £10 and ran out of points before the story was over. less than one evening of reading. absolutely awful. much better to buy a book and read it at my own leisure. do not get drawn in by the advertising. you get drawn into a story and if you buy the 1 year subscription you are signed into the year and cannot just pay one month and get out. i am 23 out of 46 chapters and the point system starts at 4 points per chapter so you calculate that £10 should cover 1 book but it doesn't they increase cost per chapter to 20 points per chapter by chapter 23 . TOTAL RIP OFF

Less than one star - subscribed through Apple in 2024 and immediately cancelled subscription. Roll on 2026 I notice a massive subscription fee removed from my account - turns out this happened in 2025 too and didn’t notice. Several emails sent which are all ignored - tell me I will get a refund for one year and it never comes! Dispute with bank, they use this as an excuse for no refund even though it’s weeks after they said it would be In the account, then for other ghost you. Sneaky and sly thieves!

I hate that it only gives you one point a day free and it takes forever to read a book for free. I also hate that I can’t just pay for one month at a time I have to pay for a full year. Feels like a huge waste of money to read AI garbage. If it was free or easier to access free or quality was overall better I might not be such a hater.

They lured me into a sense that I was paying a 1-off price for a year subscription only to not warn me that they would be taking another payment without my knowledge, only informing me after they had taken money from my bank account. Customer service has ghosted me and will not refund my money even though I immediately cancelled the subscription as soon as the money was taken out. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

After getting sucked into one of their stories ‘ad’ I decided to subscribe for 1 year as the cost was reasonable. Do not forget to end your subscription, they will not send a reminder, the price will be much higher in the second year, they will deduct it directly from your bank not through apple and you can email till you are blue in the face and get nowhere. Then they will send you an email asking you to rate their non-existent service. Buy at your own risk.

So I previously reviewed this reading site as I'd bought 500 points in a special offer on 18th November 2025 but hadn't received them, even after repeatedly messaging them about it .. my frustration was being asked for the same information by the same person, even though I'd given them the required details many times and proved I'd bought the points etc, it was just a vicious circle ...... Thankfully, however, as of yesterday 3rd December 2025 (after messaging them AGAIN!!!) my points were finally credited to my account ... I have since received 3 emails asking me to rate the help I received, which tbh was pretty non existent - the choices being "yes I'm satisfied or no I'm not" ... I've tried on each email to click that "no I'm not satisfied" but low and behold, it won't take you to their page .. it could be a glitch (one of many) but I'm not sure. I don't wish to choose the other option just in case it goes through as that wouldn't be a true representation of my experience with them .... However, at least I can now close this chapter but admittedly, I won't be buying points again, I also received zero response from them on my initial unhappy review .... I genuinely thought they would have been in touch to ask questions or explain what went wrong but nope, absolutely nothing .... it's good to know that you're not valued as a long term customer though

Contraté un tratamiento de perdida de grasa localizada, por 399 euros en esta clínica tras recibir promesas verbales claras en la consulta informativa (documentadas) de que en solo dos sesiones vería resultados visibles en mi abdomen, lo que me animó a pagar el tratamiento completo por adelantado. Sin embargo, tras las dos sesiones no he visto ningún cambio y, al reclamar, la clínica negó cualquier garantía,y no solo eso sino que me expulsaron del centro al reclamar dejando el tratamiento a medias parte proporcional no realizada. Considero que se trata de publicidad engañosa y falta de profesionalidad, por lo que no recomiendo este centro.
