SCAM. This place advertised a model engine that you can put together and runs on hobby fuel. What I received was a fake molded model engine that is a huge piece of shit. Of course they won’t answer now. Avoid this company with everything.

Even a 1 star is pushing the quality of the product I received from this company. I bought what I thought was a 1960,s Batman Cave Christmas Decoration and it looked fab on Instagram. When it arrived it looked like a 5 year olds art project although I think they could have done better. No lights no movement. Shocking. TBF they do good tracking so I was able to monitor the progress of my disappointing package. DO NOT BUY from this website.

Absolutely horrible customer service I ordered some charcuterie boards that I found on social media back in December and just received them in late February. They will not even communicate with me now that I want to return it. I have tried to refuse the delivery. I have asked for a refund now they just won’t even respond to my emails. This company is out of China and it will take forever to get to you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE I ordered the charcuterie board and it took months to arrive. When it did finally arrive, it was not at all of the quality shown in their website. It was a lot smaller, the cheese knives were all wooden like a kids toy kitchen set. Instead of ceramic bowls, it came with silicon muffin cups, instead of chalk it was wooden sticks, instead of slate labels, it was cardboard.. they won’t refund

Didn't receive my item. Went through emails and They insisted with a photo of some other item that this is what I ordered. They refused a refund.i am now in the process of going through getting my money back via bank.

I also ordered the chacuterie board. Did not arrive. After 8 messages to Galacvy over more than two months I initiated a refund thru PayPal. Suddenly a new board is being shipped from China. This whole store appears to be a scam. I can only assume that they never shipped anything until PayPal got involved, despite sending shipping notices claiming the board was in Swedish customs then US customs. Cannot recommend this seller.

I ordered a charcuterie board on November 25th as a Christmas gift. It is now Feb 5 and no sign of the item and no further communication from Galacvy. I have contacted them multiple times and have been very patient. I have asked for a refund twice. They respond with a statement about contacting the shipper for an update.

Ordered Charcuterie Board early Dec 2024, not cheap didn't receive so I emailed, and they responded with oh well send another, still nothing and it's the end of January 2025. Have emailed 3 times and now a 4th requesting a refund and filed a complaint with consumer protection.
