GainrepReviews of gainrep.com

got an email that sent out emails to all my contacts. MARK AS SPAM!!!

mi hanno contattato senza che nemmeno sia iscritto.... vorrei sapere dove hanno trovato i miei dati...

Condivido in pieno quanto detto nelle altre recensioni, invitano i tuoi contatti senza permesso!!!!

Got a spam mail by someone, who signed in after he got an invitation mail like me. This mail was sent to all of his contacts.

Darei 0 stelle ma non è possible, mandano email ai tuoi contatti senza permesso.

If you logged in with Google, here are next steps: 1. Log in to Gainrep: gainrep.com This feels counterintuitive, but without logging in, you can’t stop it from emailing your contacts, even if rescind access on your Google Account. Be sure to log in with the same Google account as you did when making an account. 2. Navigate to connections and find the queue of emails at the top. Click “queue” and delete all. This stops the website from continuing to spam your contacts after you delete your account. Take note of all the contacts you have on the website, as you will want to email them this information so they can stop it from spreading as well. 3. Navigate to settings, scroll down, unsubscribe from all emails, then delete your account. It will ask you to retype your name as confirmation. I also changed my name to "Does Not Exist" along the way, as a bonus. 4. Rescind Google account access by logging into your Google account security portal: myaccount.google.com Navigate to Security, scroll down to Your Connections to Third Party Apps & Services, click on GainRep and delete.  Good luck to all those of us who fell for phishing in 2024 -_-.

Same issue as everyone else, the app went ahead and contacted everyone in my contacts and invited them to join. Not a good start.
