Hello, Gainrep is a platform designed to simplify the process of obtaining professional endorsements. Our users can request endorsements from their contacts, including via email. However, simply signing up does not automatically trigger any endorsement requests. To send requests, users must take several deliberate steps: provide explicit consent, check the box labeled “I confirm and authorize Gainrep to send invitations to my contacts on my behalf,” and then click the appropriate button to proceed. If you haven’t completed these steps and still noticed invitations being sent, please let us know so we can investigate further. If you’ve accidentally invited your contacts, you can stop any future invitations by visiting the My Network page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hello, We're sorry to hear you experienced difficulty deleting your account. Requiring both first and last name during the deletion process is a security measure designed to prevent accidental deletions. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with your deletion request, and we'll be happy to assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Update: Thank you for your request to our support team. We have deleted your profile as requested. Have a nice day!

Hello, Thank you for your message. As we're unable to locate an account based solely on a name, we've submitted a request for additional information via Trustpilot. Kindly respond to that request so we can proceed with your request as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
