This is a good product. I have not been able to loose weight since I started having health problems due to the medication and I have finally been able to. I feel better than I have in 5 years. Able to exercise and just feel better in general.

Most protein powders taste awful but Gainful is amazing! And so many flavors! I have a soy sensitivity and I can drink my powder every day without issue!

Allergic to many proteins. Being able to customize the blend to what my body can handle has been critical in my weight and strength gain. Love the product and flavors. Great customer service as well.

I love that not only do I get a customized protein blend just for me, I get a choice of different flavors . Plus, I get a dietician on call with any question I may have about my blend. Will keep using for months to come!!

Great product! I love that is custom blended for me and I looooove the chocolate flavor. Not overbearing. It also blends up nicely with no chunks left behind

I was skeptical to order another protein shake online. I have tried many different powders and had no success. The Gainful process is quick and easy and the shakes are delicious! I would recommend this product to everyone I know. I have had great success!

I was a little off-put at first due to the lack of flexibility on the website because I am a milennial and prefer to do everything without ever having to interact with an actual human. I think most people would find the website very convenient but for someone with dietary restrictions (strict ketogenic), it can be a little confusing. However, the Gainful team was so quick to communicate with me & get me in touch with a nutritionist that I was able to find the perfect blend for me with virtually no hassle (I can't speak for the Gainful team on the hassle-free aspect but they sure were great at putting up with me and my obnoxious questions). I'm super happy with my protein - it's delicious and fits my macros perfectly! These guys seriously hit a home run.

The powder itself was nothing special. It is annoying to add the flavor sticks every time you want a shake. My issue is I canceled an order the day a new one was sent out. I immediately emailed customer service and asked to get a full refund but they informed me this can’t be done. A sealed package still in its original shipping box and package won’t be accepted back. What kind of company won’t accept their own product back unopened. I have since canceled for good. Customer service is also nothing special.
