I had tap 1 star because I need it to write a review...this company does not offers refund( they know you will be dissapointed and want your money back) TASTELESS PROTEIN SHAKE EVER....the so called flovor stick are no taste at all...... Be carefull...you will endup with a bad product, and no refund.....this company it is the worse....

The customer service I've recieved from them is amazing. I had some issues with the whey protien and they were able to switch me to the vegan blend and It's amazing! I love that I can swap flavors whenever I want and the texture isn't as chalky as most vegan proteins that I've tried. I highly recommend Gainful.

Excellent product! It also helps me regulate my meals! Saw someone upset uma out flavor sticks vs integrated flavors...I love the variety offered! This is a game changer - on so many levels!

I used to be a huge fan of Gainful when they first started up, however, since they changed their protein formula to use "Flavor Sticks" rather than integrated flavors it has tasted awful no matter what I do. I reached out to customer service to see if they would take my last shipment back - sealed and unopened - or issue a refund and they refused, only offering to send more flavor sticks, which is the root of my problem. DO NOT purchase Gainful if you are at all opposed to extremely artificial tasting flavors and lumpy protein shakes. Their customer service is horrible, they won't even accept their own product back or issue a refund. I will never recommend them again.

Just had my first shake and it was amazing. Blended a banana, strawberries, almond milk, one scoop of the protein powder and a French vanilla flavor stick! Turned out super smooth and creamy. I loved the flavor as well!

The taste is terrible and I couldn't even finish the bottle I made. The sticks made this nasty thick layer above the powder after 5 minutes of sitting and it tasted so chalky. I reached out to try and get a refund but they wouldn't do it. Horrible experience at Gainful I do not recommend. Selected one star because I couldn't rate it 0.

I love my gainful protein shakes. I blend mine with ice and sugar free coconut milk and it is creamy and delicious.

** Update as of Dec. 26 ** The company does have an awesome customer service team and has reached out to me about sending me their other version of the vegan protein, to which I accepted and will be getting shortly, at no extra cost to me. They also sent me more flavor packets. I have changed my review from 2 to 3 stars. -- -- Previous review: I've had my share of vegan protein powders. I know which brands taste great and which ones don't. I had a coupon for 50% off Gainful so I gave it a try. Wow. By far, the grossest, nastiest, flavor I've ever had! It's so bland and chalky, even with the "peanut butter cup" flavor stick! And getting a customized package with my name on it isn't "that" great. I'd rather have a delicious-tasting powder that doesn't have my name on it. My blend consisted of: Organic Pea Protein - 64.8% Organic Brown Rice Protein - 26.2% Flavor Stick - 7.4% Green Tea Extract - 1.5% There is an option for me to try their other vegan protein blend so I may do that; they offered it for only $10. However, this has been a bad experience overall. I was expecting a delicious new protein powder but it turns out, this one probably won't work for me :( I'm going to stick with these brands: - Vega - Evolve - VivoLife
