Their customer service is excellent! I myself work as a CSR and I must say they are both very polite, encouraging, and easy to get in touch with. Also, the products are great and certainly helpful since you can cater the protein to your needs. And they are very accommodating based on budget and need of product🤗🤗 highly pleased. I had to recently cancel due to saving money for a baby on the way, but I know for sure I'd join again when ready. A fantastic company with wonderful people

Gainful is my first ever protein shake brand I tried. Needless to say Gainful is really great and the flavor sticks are tasty that sometimes I forgot that I’m even drinking protein shake! The customizable ingredients is really what makes the difference. Once I heard from a friend that Gainful has this feature and is probably the only one in the industry, I am sold :)

Gainful is the best tasting protein powder I have ever tried. I have only had it a couple of days but the strawberry milkshake flavor is great. I will update my review farther into the first bag.

Am up to my second order, Gainful offers great customer service and quick responses! I just wish they have flavor boost options with no stevia or artificial sweeteners. But the protein powder itself is great!

Been buying for almost a year now, and I LOVE this protein. I have it nearly every single day. My Gainful blend doesn't make me feel bloated like others I've tried. I often mix the café latte or chocolate with my coffee and it is delicious! It breaks down in my blender bottle to a smooth consistency. Also the customer service is excellent and they respond quickly and kindly!

I LOVE Gainful! I have tried many protein shakes in the past that are tailored towards women. However, I would always have to add fruit, or peanut butter to improve the taste. I am usually on the go and decided to try this after I was referred by a friend. I must say its soo worth it, I LOVE the taste and the ability to just add flavor packet for a yummy meal replacement. Also, some proteins hurt your stomach..this one has not given me that problem. I have been intermittent fasting and working out. I break my fast with gainful and I am already down 3 pounds in 2 weeks! Also amazing customer service!!

Products and customer service are consistently fantastic. They’re thorough, educated, and responsive. Great at tailoring to my needs and all their current flavors are fantastic. Bring back matcha!
