I have been using Gainful for almost 6 months. I love their product, the personalization makes me feel important and like I actually have support to get to my goals. I had a little mix up with addresses once I moved states, that made it so that I lost 2 orders. I was a little discouraged and decided to cancel my subscription, when their care team reached out to me. They are so kind and helpful and cleared up every issue I had. I wish I had reached out to them sooner, but I am so happy that I will be continuing using their services!

I just have to say the customer experience I had with Karina was wonderful she answered all my questions and helped me get everything sorted out promptly and I got what I was missing from my order quickly it made for one of the best customer service experiences I've had

Happy with how helpful and prompt the Gainful team was even over a holiday weekend. Their protein is top of the line, and I can’t wait for more items!

I appreciate the concept that Gainful has introduced. It’s a unique concept and it works. Taking the quiz about lifestyle and intentions in a protein powder are helpful. In my blend, I appreciate the ease at which the powder can be mixed. Easy on stomach and not clumpy. I haven’t used the product long enough to tell if it does what I’m seeking, yet in general day to day, I’m very satisfied with my blend.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!! My 20 year old daughter signed up for this & has not been able to cancel. The website won’t let her go to her profile & cancel. She’s emailed them, no response! Called numerous times & mysteriously gets disconnected when a live person comes on & she says she wants to cancel! Thankfully her father is an attorney so we will get this taken car of!

Gainful didn’t print my apartment number on the shipping label and my package wasn’t delivered to me. Good luck if you buy from them.

I liked the protein powder I purchased a lot - it had a good nutritional profile, and I liked that they gave me flavour packets so that I could have more than one flavour option. Unfortunately, it's just too expensive for me to be buying every 3 weeks.

Honestly I had tried protein bars and other shakes before, but gainful not only tastes great but makes me feel like im seeing results after my workouts. The delivery and service is fast and really good. I appreciate everything gainful is
