Initially 3 stars.... Love the idea, and the blend, however my bag only came with 15 servings. For a mail order company I would expect there bags to be larger. I am not going to order multiple times a week if I have 2 shakes a day, I'm out in a week. Addendum: five star customer service! All issues I had have been resolved!

So far it’s day 3 that I’ve had the protein and I’ve lost 1 pound it may not be the same for everyone but it has increased my energy and I’ve been able to do more cardio.

I don’t have much to say about the product itself only because I’ve been using it for a month. It does taste good though. What I can say, is that their customer service is great! I placed an order that got stolen because the careless carrier left it outside the building and gainful replaced it immediately.

I had no issues with skipping or canceling my subscription like other reviewers. They send reminders before orders so i always skip the order or cancel if i don't need any that month. I wish they had a one-time order feature though! 4 stars bc i wish there was more flexibility. Ive never had to return an order, because I've never had issues, but the online service team has helped in the past when I didn't like a flavor they sent me a free pack! I love my protein and love the PB flavor. I tend to be bloated with other protein brands but my blend from Gainful works perfect! Love it i'm always reordering.

The worst product. It doesn't mix well at all you'll be drinking powder even if you put it in a blender. They DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. They also trick you when canceling your subscription they sneak it into a pause of your account and months later the subscription reactivates, of course, you can't return it so they just made another $50+ off of you. It's a scam do not use. The last start is for their fantastic marketing that will lead you into a trap of excessive charges.
