Gainful provides an excellent product that can be customized to individual needs. Their Customer Service is second to none, at least from my experience. Send them an e-mail and you'll get your questions answered promptly.

Solid customer service and quality is on point. I dislike the flavor being separated.

I love that I have a protein powder made for me. I did have an issue with it being delivered every 4 weeks since one lasts 14 days, but I was able to reschedule my delivery and now I'm all set. I do like that I can mix and match the flavor boost at no extra cost. I am very happy with the products so far and will continue to use it. If in the future there is a bigger bag that last an actual 4 weeks that would be even better.

It's a great product and very affordable. I have lost a significant amount of weight and also gained some muscle ever since I've used this product. Would highly recommend this for everyone.

This protein does not taste very good, its smooth and the texture is good but i tried both flavours that came with it and neither of them make it taste really good at all. I was also disappointed that they put green tea in my blend when I did not ask for caffeine and the amount of caffeine is not listed on the package. not that impressed for the price and I wish there were more flavor options. When you don't like chocolate the options are super limited for protein powders.

Hi Margaret, Thanks for sharing your experience! So sorry you weren't loving your protein blend or Flavor Boosts! Great news is that we're always more than happy to provide a blend replacement without green tea extract and to send other Flavor Boosts flavors if you weren't liking the ones you received. We can also provide tips and solutions to get your protein shakes to taste better 😁 Please email our support team at [email protected], and our support team we'll make sure you're all taken care of 😄
