The customer service is always phenomenal, I really couldn't ask for better service.

The protein itself is wonderful but the company is horrid. There is no way to get in contact with a real person as their customer service hours are basically non existent. I called every day and never once got through, at many different times, I also sent an email and never received an email back. I skipped an order a month before it was due to be shipped and instead I was charged for something I didn’t want and the flavor sticks were not even correct. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not gotten an email from customer service. It’s a shame I have to cancel because of how bad the company runs, I enjoyed the product but it isn’t worth the rip off when I can’t afford it and skip a month and they charge anyway.

I love my personal protein pack, I've lost 10lbs and I feel great, thank you so much and I will keep my subscription for a longtime.... Keep up the good work... Oh maybe if you can get a new flavor the flavor inhancers that you put in the protein shakes.... Like banana maple, peanut and jelly, cinnamon buns, chocolate caramel, just some suggestions.... But overall everything is good... Take care and Love the shakes!!

Customer service has been great at answering my questions. As for the dietitian I’ve ask one question and was helpful. Everything is excellent the customer service to the protein powder.

Love these products!

I've been on a quest to better health. Gainful as a product has been integral to that pursuit. I've tried umpteen protein powders over the years. As I got more informed about my health, my consumption of protein needed to be come more specific to me. Gainful does that to a t. Their customer service is world-class as well. Couldn't be happier. I'm 61. Now weigh what I did in high school and I've put on muscle. Age is a just a useful number.
