Really easy to navigate and great customer service.

I love that I can get a personalized protein powder instead of having to buy multiple for the same purposes. Being able to change the favor every day is also very nice because I don’t get bored of the flavor and I actually want to and love drinking it after my workout.

Taste is meh. I do like that it dissolves well and isn't chalky, but I wanted to try gainful because of their variety of flavor packets. I want to be able to just mix my drink and go, I don't want to have to take the time to make a smoothie or blend other ingredients into it, but even after only using 6 oz of milk rather than 8 and using two strawberry cream flavor packets in one shake, I was left unsatisfied and with a overwhelming desire to go out and buy a true strawberry milkshake for my sad, disappointed taste buds! Also on a side note- I understand this is a protein powder, but as a meal supplement (which is what I was thought I was subscribing to) what I got doesn't seem nutritious enough to be a meal.

They are very slow getting their products out. I asked why it has been three weeks and no delivery and I got a response that it was because of bad weather conditions. the only problem is that they are in San Francisco and I am in Phoenix. Even USPS isn't that slow. If they had just came back and said "I'm sorry we didn't forecast the growth and we are a bit short on product." that would have been ok with me. but, claiming weather is a factor in Cal and AZ?...

I love the products and the chance to change my protein blend, and shipment dates. I LOVE the pre-workout. It really gives me a boost, and helps maintain my energy level during workouts.

Timely delivery, good taste, dissolves smoothly. I like to make an iced coffee out of mine in the mornings. I do 8 oz vanilla almond milk with the rich cocoa or caffe mocha flavor, and then add coffee to taste.
