The process of the protein powder is very confusing and they don't give you instructions. Apparently, you mix the flavor sticks with the bags of plain protein powder. It doesn't already come flavored. I found this out after they messed up my flavors TWICE. I emailed them and they tossed me around to a few people and finally told me I would not be receiving a refund, even though they messed up and I didn't like the product quality. I was so hopeful and now just very disappointed with this powder and company.

Gainful is a great company with good quality supplements. It’s most helpful to me because it ships every three weeks! Keeps you on the grind so that ur not over paying!

I haven’t tried out Gainfuls products which you may be looking at my review just to see my thoughts. I’ve purchased them and will wait to give my review, but I love how their service is the best and they are willing to provide help whether I ask about my diet and if it’ll make an impact in my fitness journey. I’m a beginner to trying protein powder in general so I hope the trying out part goes well!

Best protein brand on the market. It’s nice to know (and be able to pronounce) all the ingredients in my blend. Perfectly personalized to my needs. I can even use the flavor boosts in oatmeal or other foods for added flavor.

I'm not a huge texture person but this protein powder is noticeably smoother than any vegan protein I've had before. I also like that I can choose to flavor it or not - I haven't tried all of them but vanilla is my favorite so far. I double up on the chocolate peanut butter (it was too light for me) and reduce in the strawberry if I'm adding my own fruit. If you have particular preference of aversion to different flavors you can customize it!

The protein powder smell reminds me of milk replacement for kittens... and even with the flavor boosters that you pick out it just doesn’t add a whole lot of flavor. I was kinda disappointed in it flavor wise but hopefully it helps with what I need it to. And this protein powder doesn’t upset my stomach so that’s good...
