I think that the personalized blend I got was wonderful for me! It tasted wonderful and it was easy to blend in my shakes and even in overnight oats! Highly recommend for people who can stay dedicated to a thing for more than three weeks. Which is the only reason I cancelled the sub. So go for it!

Before gainful I was just not losing weight but I was working out like crazy! I added gainful and the weight started coming off. It tastes so good and smooth and not chalky. Also, it's not overly sweet like a muscle milk. You get the great taste and flavor and it tastes more natural. I love this powder!

I’m not gonna lie, I’m pretty bummed. I did a lot of searching, looked at al lot of reviews for this and they all seemed really good. I just tried my protein for the first time with the flavor pack, and honestly, it was awful. It doesn’t blend well whatsoever and the taste is not great by any means. I don’t know what the flavor pack was for because it didn’t help at all. I would have given them 1 star, but the customer service is exceptional, kind, and gracious. I’m pretty bummed that I can’t return this and I just have to stick it out and shove it down for the next month I have it, ugh.
