I took the quiz and then looked at the products that were supposedly customized for me. There was nothing special or customized about it. My "customized" chocolate Protein Powder for muscle gain had the same ingredients as any protein powder out there on the market. Nutrition label reads: WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, ORGANIC TAPIOCA MALTODEXTRIN, ORGANIC TAPIOCA DEXTROSE, ORGANIC OAT POWDER, SUNFLOWER LECITHIN - With the minor difference, that the product does not use artificial ingredients, which is great, the main ingredient are the same as any other product out there. It's substantially not any different and not at all "customized"! Golden Standard Whey Protein costs about $60 for 74 servings. Gainful Protein Powder is $49 for 28 servings. So Gainful costs you $1.75 per serving, versus Gold Standard at $0.81 per serving. Making Gainful more than double the price. Why would I want to pay twice as much as any other Whey Protein powder out there and the product is substantially the same. It's a rip off!

I didn't receive my shipment as scheduled, when I asked about it Gainful quickly replied and sent a replacement. They even added a bonus for me. I am very impressed with the Gainful customer service.

Amazing personalized protein. Protein does not interfere with taste of other ingredients I add to a shake. Also they have a shakable blender that’s portable anywhere and is great. The pre-work out is great not only is it effective it does not give you the jitters.

I am on a weight loss journey.... In October I weighed in at 255, today I am 215. I use a rowing machine to get my cardio in, I row 3.5 miles in 50 minutes daily. I use weights for strength training and about a month ago I turned to Gainful protein, I take a variety of fresh berries everyday to boost my immune system and the protein to aid in weight loss and fueling my muscles. Together, I make a mean smoothie. I am very pleased with my goals and the results from my regimen to Gain a better holistic me. I am burning some stubborn fat faster now and I attribute this to incorporating Gainful in my daily weight loss journey. The RD that I have reached out to have answered back promptly with sound information. Overall, I am very pleased with many aspects of my new me... I am a younger 61 year old man thanks to discipline

Having issues using my $25 Nift voucher. The $25 off from the quiz is separate from the offer via Nift and is available on Gainful’s home page to anyone. Issue has not been resolved and customer service doesn’t care. Edit: I had to expend a lot of energy to get this resolved but it has been amicably resolved. For that, I give the company 2 stars instead.

Just started ordering from Gainful but so far it’s been a great experience. No issues at all, fast delivery, and so easy to really customize your orders. You can even change your preferences once you’ve started your subscription.

The powder is chalky and bitter and the flavor boosters have no flavor. It was completely intolerable to me so I contacted the company about returning or getting a refund and the customer service rep said there was nothing they could do. Waste of money and it wasn't cheap.
