Ordered protein and pre workout. The pre didn’t give me the pump or energy I expected, and I was feeling pretty drained by the end of my normal workout. The protein was very sub par. The chocolate peanut butter had no flavor of peanut butter at all, and extremely low flavor of chocolate. The cookies and cream was a bit better, but still way below par compared to many other brands I’ve had. Only really had a vanilla cream flavor to it. No real cookies and cream taste. Was not blown away with the products.

I started using protein powder to meet my fitness goals, including meeting protein requirements, and losing a few pounds. I run and strength train regularly but realized I actually wasn't getting enough protein on a regular basis. I wanted something to help me stay full to reduce snacking and build/maintain lean muscle. This protein powder mixes easily- I drink it on its own with almond milk and in smoothies. I love that it is just a few simple ingredients. The pre-hydration drink contains ample caffeine and does help fuel me for longer efforts. The flavor is a little too strong for me, so I only use it when I feel I need it, but I do think it helps increase energy and reduce fatigue a little. Very pleasantly surprised with Gainful! I'll be honest, I bought this on impulse after a couple of glasses of wine after seeing an IG ad. No regrets, cheers! :)

I found out about Gainful from a friend that I follow on Instagram and I was hooked by the appeal of a personalized protein product that caters to me and my nutritional needs. For too long I was like many others, buying protein powders from stores that are made for the masses. With Gainful, it has been different and I have felt the difference. The initial survey at the beginning gave me a moment to evaluate where I am with my fitness goals and aspirations; it also helped me learn what kind of protein is best for my body to support muscle recovery and growth. In the first month that I have been using Gainful, I have enjoyed the flavors and the products I use. The products taste great and are easy to use!

As previously stated in my review, Melissa helped tremendously on the customer service side. Gainful as a whole delivered excellent quality in a protein powder. I'm looking forward to seeing how it helps my future fitness goals.

Love it! My protein mix is perfect for my goals, and the flavors are simply amazing. I look forward to my post-workout shake, way more than I ever have. It doesn't taste chalky or as if it is full of cheap chemicals. The better part is that it doesn't upset my stomach... at all! I have never recommended a product more than Gainful. (Don't forget to add they hydration sticks during a workout.. they're tasty!).

Love my protein shake.it satiates ne and i dont feel bloated. The dieticians are very helpful too.
