My package was lost or stolen. When I had reached out, I was contacted so quickly and the issue was handled promptly and made me happy.

Don't let the pseudoscientific puffery and marketing hype fool you. Their protein powder is no better than any of the top brands that you can get through Amazon for a quarter of the price! And be sure to read the small print. You may think you're only buying a trial order - but (of course) they then enroll you in their "Subscription Plan" and send another shipment of whatever you ordered the following month - along with a hefty bill and no way to return it. The tell that makes it clear they know they're running a scam? One of the reasons listed on their "Cancel My Subscription" page is "I Just Wanted to Try the Product". In other words, "I didn't know you were going to try to rip me off with a monthly plan I didn't ask for or want!" Bottom Line: If you want to pay a ripoff company 4x what a comparable product will cost you to get a protein powder that is so tasteless you have to put flavoring in it just to be able to drink it, be my guest. Caveat Emptor.

Hi JT, Thanks for sharing your feedback and we apologize for the negative experience. We try to make as clear as possible during the checkout process that Gainful is a subscription service, by outlining your plan details and cadence. We also send an automated reminder email three days in advance of your next subscription order, just in case any changes need to skip, snooze, or cancel. If you did not receive this reminder email, please check your spam or junk folder. Thank you for giving us a try and once again for all your feedback.
Manu
Good service. Good knowledge sharing by dietitian. I don't get the unusual insulin spiky feeling I get when I take other protein....such as Orgain or other ones on the market.

I love this product. Minimal ingredients, great flavor and I love that I can flavor the protein powder base with one of the flavor packets of with healthy ingredients I have at home. I add frozen cauliflower to make it creamy without the sugar and frozen fresh spinach for added nutrients.

Amazing products! The pre workout is super clean and doesn’t leave any weird after tastes. The hydration sticks are a great addition to the lunch and afternoon time to keep the energy up. And the protein shakes taste great! Gainful is and will continue to be a key resource to my overall health and fitness.
