I LOVE Gainful! The chocolate tastes great, and my personal blend keeps me full as a mid-morning snack. Not sure about the other reviews, bc customer service has been amazing the few times I’ve reached out.

Impossible to cancel! They keep sending me protein and won’t cancel!! No contact phone number. I have to get a different credit card to finally get out of this expensive relationship with gainful!!

It will not let me cancel my subscription. Everytime I log on it sends me another package. All I want is to cancel my subscription.

Their customer service is abhorrent. Before they were set to send my second order, I went on to the website and clicked “my profile” so I could pause my subscription because I was not ready for another order to come in. Every time I clicked, the site would direct me to a page stating “your order is almost ready,” and kept trying to upsell me more protein. Three separate times I’ve tried working around it to cancel the order and the website would not allow me. I reach out to customer service and by that point they send another email saying the order was processing and couldn’t be canceled. I’ve emailed every contact I could find from the company and demanded a refund because their website prevented me from canceling the order even before it was processed. Not only did they not respond to my first email, but I’ve asked for a customer service contact number multiple times and they’ve repeatedly ignored that question. I refuse to pay for something I tried canceling and reached out to customer service before it was processed. Their lack of ability to respond in time (three business days) is what charged my account. I will he pursuing against them because I am not the only one that has had this happen to them.

I love that it's tailored to what my workout and nutritional needs. The chocolate has just enough flavor without tasting chalky or too sweet.

The taste was good. I have tried Vanilla, Cookies & Cream and Coffee. They all have very similar taste, not distinctively different. Coffee does not have that caffeine kick to it. What the point really to have that many flavors but all taste the same. Recommended dose is 8oz of milk mix w 1 flavor stick. I find it not too sweet & not too bland. My only complain is mine does not mixed well with water, lots of foam, powdery, not smooth as any review stated. Mine was whey protein + whey isolate. If you want customize protein with mild flavor, not overwhelming. This is for you. Personally, I question the high cost. I find it may be not worth it for regular people who likes strong taste, but I can see people w allergy love it.
