Good quality, but wrong color
I like it that I received the item promptly. I love the wool hat. It is very pretty. However, I ordered the autumn color and I received a much darker color.

Lack of customization
I disliked not being able to choose the length of the chains before I ordered this jewelry, I would like the option of being able to choose the length of the chains next time...

The item was on sale
The item was on sale, but it was ONE cork backed coaster. The ship/handling cost MORE than the light weight small item...Really? $10 for postage, likely you used your cheapest rate to ship.

Disappointed in Earrings
The earrings I dreamed over, and finally bought, were much smaller than they appeared online.

Made in China
Didn't like the fact that I buy from a company that supposed to be selling authentic Gaelic clothes and ware, only to find out once received that it was from China. Was very disappointing. I did give it a 3 only because it was well made. When purchasing in the past it was not the case as far as I remember. If you're going to use China then you should lower your prices, if buying from artisans I expect higher prices. I most likely won't be purchasing from them again.
