Gabriel & Co. NYReviews of gabrielny.com

I received a return label to return a gift right after Christmas; it was received by Gabriel on 1/5/2026, I still have no refund. I have emailed, chatted and attempted to call them. They kick back my emails for no apparent reason claiming it is spam blocked. They don't respond on their chat and I called their phone number multiple times, was put in a queue (supposedly) and then hung up on after being asked to complete a survey when I had not even spoken to anyone. The hold was less than 30 seconds, it just seems to be some sort of fake line.

Rude and shady staff; constantly raise their prices on a daily basis and falsely claim that it’s due to the price of gold going up on a daily basis (the price of gold is going up, but not at the rate that they claim); very poor communication skills. I look forward to their sales declining significantly.
