Communication Blackout: When I requested clarity regarding the direction and value of the service, communication stalled completely. The business ceased responding, leaving me without ongoing support or service. Unaccredited Status: Prospective clients should note that Gablestone Optimization is not accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of General Counsel to act as an official claims agent or prepare claims. Recommendation: Seek assistance from free, VA-accredited Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) or accredited representatives who operate under official oversight.
